Yacht Rock is a 10 episode web series about the fictionalized trials and tribulations of key soft rock musicians from the 70s and the 80s. all your favorites are there: hall and oates, the doobie brothers, kenny loggins, michael jackson, you name it. even if you’re not familiar with 80’s soft rock, after watching these short webisodes, you will be (albeit with fictional history but sometimes it’s better that way). give yacht rock a shot. it’s smooth sailing. and while we’re on the topic of webisodes, check out CBS’ quintessential web series if you haven’t already.

kanye west has a blog. unlike most other artist blogs, ye actually posts very often and about things that are convincingly things that kanye west would blog about. pretty cool stuff too. legit. since i’m not going to blog about “graduation” like i thought i would, check out these videos instead. both were directed by Jonas & François and feature some great pop design (the t shirts!). also, check out the music of justice; they are pretty great (is it cliche already to like justice?)

UPDATE: you have to watch justice on jimmy kimmel. they have an all star backing band.

let's go!

i just added a “music” section that should appear on the Site Contents section to the right. if you get a chance to listen to any of it, we would appreciate feedback. thanks! oh, as far as band names go, we are “Nessy” for now, or until we find a better name or someone else takes this one.

Que Onda?
